Jeff Smith

My work ranges from wide-angle landscapes of North America and abroad to macro photography of plants and animals. I began taking journalistic pictures as director of photography for my college newspaper, back in the days of film and black and white, spending untold hours in the darkroom. After a decades-long hiatus I resumed this passion. While my return began with film as well, I soon moved to digital imaging. I use minimal post-processing, so that all my images are as true to their original color and feel as possible.
